Payment Policies

There is a mandatory non-refundable $25 per family registration fee due upon registration.

Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month. If payment is not received before the 5th of the month the credit card on file is charged the total amount due. Payments received after the 5th are subject to a $25 LATE FEE. To avoid the $25 late fee we recommend enrolling in our auto-pay system. To enroll in auto-pay select YES in the box provided under account information.

Monthly Tuition:

25 minute class $50/month
40 minute class $60/month
55 minute class $70/month

Additional recital fees apply.
Multi-class discount $10 off each additional class.

Pre-company tuition $100/month
Basic company tuition $200/month
Unlimited company tuition $225/month

We encourage you to enroll in our auto pay program. We will draft your credit/debit card the first of each month.

Payments made in person by cash or check should be payable to Tutus School of Dance and please note the student’s full name on the memo portion of your check. A $25 fee (and any additional court costs if necessary) will be assessed on all returned checks. You may mail payments to: Tutus School of Dance, 450 Tutus Point, Suite 1002, Oviedo, FL 32765.

You are not permitted to carry balances over from month to month.

Cancellation Policy

We require parents to give a two week written notice before the end of the month if their child is going to discontinue classes at Tutus School of Dance.

Studio Policies

1. DO NOT EVER ALLOW YOUR CHILD TO ENTER OR EXIT THE BUILDING WITHOUT AN ADULT. Children are not allowed to be outside without supervision.

2. Parking lot- Expect the parking lot to be busy during afterschool hours. Additional parking is available on Oviedo Blvd.

3. Viewing window- The viewing window gives you an opportunity to watch class every so often and see your dancers’ progress. Please feel free to watch class. If you notice students paying more attention to you than the instructor, please move away from the window. You might be a distraction to other students in the class, or possibly the teacher. Do not allow siblings to stand in lobby benches while watching through the viewing window. Please make sure siblings are not distracting class.

4. The dance floor- Street shoes are not allowed on the dance floor. Please try to keep siblings out of the studio during classes. Parents are only allowed in the studio during prearranged circumstances.

5. The lobby- Families are always welcome in the lobby but please keep in mind that lobby space is limited. Be kind, courteous and respectful by disposing of trash and keep noise volume to a minimum. The lobby is not a play area or a babysitting service, it is for families to have a place to wait while class is in session.

6. Before and after class- Class times are scheduled to begin and end with no break in between. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your scheduled class. After class, gather your belongings and exit the building with your dancer. Students should never leave the building without an adult.

7. Communication- The best way to communicate with teachers is by emailing through the Tutus website. Phone messages may not be returned the same day. Teachers cannot accept calls during class time. If you have questions or concerns, please email us to schedule an appointment.
